1. The resistor Zx2 series is suitable for the circuit 50HZ AC 660V, DC 440V, mainly used for starting, braking and adjusting of the motor.

2. Frame summarize

2.1 .The resistor was open form.

   2.2 The resistor ZX2 series is coiled by constantan strip or constantan wire, two ends with slot holes used for installation. The resistor element crank out two formats.

   a. ZX2-1 series is made of 10pcs strip coiling elements.

   b. ZX2-2 series is made of 10pcs wire coiling elements.

   2.3 The elements should be placed in upright position when installation.

   2.4 The horizontal of two panels should have 4 installation holes, used for piled up or installation.( it is allowed to adjust the nuts of the panel, to make sure the installation hole is measured up)

   2.5 The resistor ZX1, ZX2, ZX9 series have the same installation size, so they are ok to be piled up.

   2.6 To make sure not decrease their capacity when the resistors are piled up, it can pile up directly if the quantity is less than 3pcs. It have to use the special steelwork to support if the quantity is 4-6 pcs. The space of the vertical between team per resistor should be more than 380vmm if the quantity is more than 6 pcs.

3. install, use and service

   3.1 The resistor is open form, so it should be install indoors and establish the obstruct, in case the workers touch the electriferous parts by carelessly.

   3.2 After finish installation, We should check if the elements broken or short circuit, and measure if the resistance of every segment according to the technical request.

   3.3 It should be overhauled periodically when usage, and screw down the fixed nuts of the resistor, make sure the resistor will have a nice contact resistance.
